40 Weeks - Headed to the Hospital

Technically I'll be 40 weeks tomorrow but Baby Smith has decided to come a bit early (I think the full moon tonight has something to do with it)!!!

When I woke up this morning at 5am I experienced my first "real" contraction :). They continued on for the rest of the day every 20 minutes or so. Fortunately, since Ryan was at work, my girlfriend Erin was in town for a quick visit (she has been out of the country for the past year or so) and she and I spent the day doing some last minute prep which helped me keep my mind off the contractions.

Now I am having some pretty good contractions every 5 minutes so Ryan and I are going to head to the hospital for a c-section (bummer) since baby is still breech.
