Many people can say, "I told you so" right about now because Case is growing and changing so very fast! He is now 9 months and I find myself looking back at pictures when he was a newborn and it is hard to remember all the little details. :( Thank goodness for photos (and blogs).

Thanks to his aunties Case can now give open mouth-lean forward-drool kisses.

Just this week he started doing this "squishy" face smile, it is hard not to laugh at him because he looks so proud of himself when he does it :)

He loves to eat and likes just about everything (except egg yolks) we have tried so far (broccoli, avocado, rice, oats, barley, asparagus, yams, carrots, cheerios, toast, banana - his fav, kiwi, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, pears, and much more). We are working on sign language and he is starting to get the hang of "up", "eat" and "more" but still needs some work with "all done", "water", "diaper" and a few others.
(Got to love the high chair my sisters used over 20 years ago!)

FAMILY - Just a few of the many but love them all. Case's first view from the head of the table, he couldn't get enough.

He is really starting to show interest in music. When we turn on the ipod he leans forward and when it lights up he claps his hands and dances (consists of rocking back and forth very fast).

His balance and dexterity is amazing to see in such a little person and he tries to climb on and over everything he can get close to.

Case is always on the move still mainly crawling but also "cruising" along furniture and is just starting to "free stand" for a couple of seconds before he flops in a heap only to climb right back up and try it again. Each day I find bruises in new places but he doesn't seem to mind in the least bit. As you will see in many of photos, he often has a blurry hand since he is constantly patting everything. Daddy says, "HULK SMASH".

His most favorite time of the day is right after dinner and right before bath when he gets to play NAKED! All you have to do is say "naked time" and you can barely get his clothes and diaper off before he goes wild and starts destroying everything in his path.

So cute! Great commentary as well. You will love going back and reading it when he gets older. It is amazing how times goes by so quickly. Enjoy it!
