October started with Case's first day of Day Care! He had a rough first week but since then has been doing much better. He still cries when mom/dad drop him off but is usually done with that and on to something else after a minute or two.
When it's time to go to Linda's, Case loads up the Jansport backpack his mama used as a little girl!

Sparta did great for her first time in the mountains (except for being scared of the squirrels and falling leaves).
PUMPKIN PATCH!
Case's method of selecting the perfect pumpkin was to see how easy it was to sit on.
Case enjoyed painting his pumpkin but I think next year he is going to expect to be able to "carve" his like dad :)

Ryan the bee keeper took our little bee trick or treating in his hometown downtown.
Trick or Treat!
Enjoying the sunny but cold Santa Cruz beach!
Can't keep the kid out of water, no matter how cold it is!
After watching mom a couple of times Case quickly learned how to slide down the sandy slope. I just have to say that the beach is tons of fun until it's time to get the tons of sand off a little body and out of a diaper!!!!
Case is really into exploring spaces. He got through this one all on his own with out any bumps or bruises (can't say that about all the others though).
Case can now climb up into the kitchen chairs to have "coffee" with Dad! Too cute :)
