February 2011

Case trying to figure out how Mama opens the sock so that it gets over the toes . . .
Note the crib mattress on the floor, when I change the sheets he insists I take the mattress out so he can "jump" :)

Sparta wants to get in on the action (which she has finally learned DOES NOT mean chewing on the toys!!).

I sometimes find my son quietly sitting in his room looking at books and when I do it truly warms my heart. There is something so special about books.

Not sure where he picked this up from but after the bath it is routine to wrap him in the towel so that he can run through the house until it falls off.

Saturn Outlook, the volvo replacement. Not the volvo but has a third row and room for 2 carseats which will soon be necessary :)

Step 1 in Potty Training: See how much of your body you can fit inside after you have disassembled it. (Think he learned this one from his Dad.)

Lyns, Kel, Kate at Stars on Ice!
(Don't mind my squinty eyes or Katie's cup of pee.)

Grandma Margaret has an in with Todd Eldridge so she has received complimentary tickets (and backstage passes) for over 10 years now and often treats us Cleaveland girls to the show!

Todd Eldridge, the man himself! Grandma still gets dreamy eyed when she watches you skate!!!

Case helping Nona start a fire in the freezing house
(hence the wearing of a down vest INSIDE).

Trying to stay warm in the notoriously cold Cleaveland house :)

Mama and Case enjoying a morning snack at the table and chairs that were made for Nona Corinne when she was a young girl!

  1. I can not believe how big he has gotten. He is a little boy! Such a handsome guy. I love the picture of him reading his book so contently.
Thanks for the update. Good luck potty training.
